Returns/Warranty Repair Checklist

Step 1: Contact MWPL’s Inside Sales Department at +91-98240 97708 for a Return or with any questions regarding authorized return/warranty repairs.
Step 2: Ensure product is packed in original packing material, or packed securely to ensure the integrity of the product during shipping.
Step 3: Ship to: MARUTI Weightech Pvt Ltd. 255-258, Level 2, Shukan Mall, Science City Road, Sola, Ahmedabad – 380061, Gujarat, India

Product Return/Warranty Repair Policy

  • All returns/warranty repairs must be authorized by MWPL’s authority person in order to ensure proper credit or repair or replacement.
  • For all returns, the customer is responsible for freight/courier charges.
  • Returns and warranty repairs must be received within 10 days from the date of purchase.
  • All returns/warranty repairs are to be shipped to MARUTI Weightech Pvt Ltd 255-258, Level 2, Shukan Mall, Science City Road, Sola, Ahmedabad – 380061, Gujarat, India and the transportation charges prepaid.
  • MWPL is not responsible for damage incurred during shipping.
  • To ensure proper credit or warranty repair, each product returned must include the following information:
    • Customer name, address and contact information
    • Product Details
    • Relevant return approval letter issued by MWPL.

Under what conditions can I return/ replace my product?

  • Wrong Product – Wrong color/ size/ style supplied by us
  • Wrong item ordered/ delivered
  • Unsatisfactory Product – Inauthentic/ Low Quality/ Expired
  • Defective Product – Manufacturing defect/ Non-functioning (Not applicable, if the product is under Manufacturer’s Warranty)
  • Damaged Product – Physical damage/ Tampered product or packaging
  • Wrong Quantity – Missing Products/ Parts

Under what conditions returns/ replacement request will not be accepted?

  • If Products are Altered/ Used
  • If Product is Returned without Original Packaging (price tags, labels & accessories)
  • If Serial Number has tampered
  • Change of Mind purchases
  • For Damaged/Missing product that is reported after 5 days of the delivery
