Calibration Weights Set

Calibration Weights Set are manufactured from the finest materials including Austenitic Stainless Steel and are manufactured in sets ranging from 1 mg to 500 mg to 1 mg to 20 kg. Weights Sets are available in OIML E1, E2, F1, F2 and M1 accuracy class.

Weights sets are supplied in 1-2-2-5 series unless 1-2-5 series is specified. 1-2-2-5 series means that weights in denomination start with "2" are double in each set while weights with denomination start with "5" and "1" are single in each set.  

Milligram weights in calibration weights set are of wire shape with designated shapes like pentagon, square and triangle.

Suggested markets for calibration weights sets include, but are not limited to, pharmaceutical, forensic and nuclear industries.

Class

E1 Class

Used as a primary reference for calibrating other reference standards and weights. Class E1 weights are intended to be used in metrology laboratories where the stability of the environment and careful handling are assured. Although very stable, one-piece construction Class E1 weights have no method of adjustment and are not suitable for general laboratory use. Weights intended to ensure traceability between national mass standards (with values derived from the International Prototype of the kilogram) and weights of class E2 and lower. Class E1 weights or weight sets shall be accompanied by a calibration certificate.


E2 Class

Used as a primary reference for calibrating other reference standards and weights. Class E2 weights are intended to be used in metrology laboratories where the stability of the environment and careful handling are assured. Although very stable, one-piece construction Class E2 weights have no method of adjustment and are not suitable for general laboratory use. Weights intended for use in the verification or calibration of class F1 weights and for use with weighing instruments of special accuracy class I (readability as low as 0.1 mg to 0.01 mg.). Class E2 weights or weight sets shall be accompanied by a calibration certificate. 

 

F1 Class 

Weights intended for use in the verification or calibration of class F2 weights and for use with weighing instruments of special accuracy class I and high accuracy class II (readability as low as 0.01 g to 0.001 g).


F2 Class

Weights intended for use in the verification or calibration of class M1 and possibly class M2 weights. Also intended for use in important commercial transactions (e.g. precious metals and stones) on weighing instruments of high accuracy class II, calibration of semi-analytical balances and for student use.


M1 Class

Weights intended for use in the verification or calibration of class M2 weights, and for use with weighing instruments of medium accuracy class III.

NABL Accredited Calibration Certificate

MARUTI Weightech Pvt Ltd is NABL Accredited Calibration Laboratory with Calibration Laboratory Code : C-1074. MWPL can measure the weights ranging from 1 mg to 2000 kg in various accuracy class of OIML Standards. National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratory (NABL) checks, by repeated auditing, the calibration procedures, reference standards and personal capabilities to perform the calibration as per ISO 17025 standards. NABL Accredited Calibration Certificates are in compliance with ISO 17025, ISO 9000, GMP standards and nuclear requirements.
